This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - some areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, foreign substance including writing in ink); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/frayed/damaged in areas); many edge indents/nicks (some tears may exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see; perhaps pieces missing due to very heavy wear and/or damage. Please see the photos to judge the condition of the note.
